The Arxus Support Managed service includes the following services : Incident management, Problem management, Change management and Service Level management. The ITSM service is operated by the Arxus Service Desk. They will handle issues reported by the customer and Service Requests, all adhering to the ITIL best practices. This offer is created for those who need additional support on their Azure Platform. This is the first step towards the experienced Azure Cloud Operations team at Arxus. This offer will help your Azure Platform Administrator to be able to rely on additional Azure support coming from Arxus. This offer will grant us reader and support contributor access on your Azure subscriptions. We need this to give you the necessary support on your Azure subscriptions.
