With Cisco Call for Government, users now have access to the enterprise-grade and FedRAMP authorized Cisco Calling experience directly in the Microsoft Teams app for Government Community Cloud (GCC).
Accessible with a single click from the Microsoft Teams interface, users have access to a complete suite of Cisco Calling features including directory search, PSTN dialing, speed dial, access to voicemail and call history - all backed by Cisco's renowned reliability and 99.999% SLA.
Cisco Call for Government is seamless and eliminates the need to switch between apps to make and receive voice or video calls. This integrated app works with FedRAMP authorised Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM) call-control solution and FedRAMP authorised Cisco Cloud Calling solution. In order to use Cisco Call for Government, users must have an active Cisco Webex account. Ensure that you've installed and signed in to the Webex App on Desktop and Mobile.
