The Axtract Sales & Expense App is designed and developed to manage the complete sales, delivery, expense, and project financial tracking lifecycle for organizations using Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Axtract Sales & Expense App centralizes sales order creation, product selection, delivery recording, project-based expense tracking, and financial approvals within a single Power Platform solution. Users can easily create sales orders, record delivered quantities, submit expenses, and track project budgets from both mobile devices and desktop interfaces. Automated workflows ensure accurate calculations, prevent duplicate financial entries, and maintain consistency across sales and expense operations.


The system supports role-based access with three roles:

  • Manager: Approve or reject submitted expenses, review delivery details, oversee project spending, and validate remaining budgets—without permissions to delete records or create payments/funding entries.
  • Administrator: Configure products, project categories, and budget limits; manage all sales, delivery, expense, and payment records; enforce financial policies; and ensure data accuracy using automated workflows powered by the Microsoft Power Platform.
