TrueDialog supports SMS, MMS, automated voice, templates, dynamic content, reporting, user administration, opt-out compliance, and TrueDelivery® deliverability tools to help teams reach students faster inside Dynamics 365.


What We Do

TrueDialog extends Microsoft Dynamics 365 with enterprise SMS and MMS for higher education. Institutions can send individual or bulk messages from student, contact, account, lead, opportunity, and campaign records; schedule outreach; use short or long codes; manage opt-ins and opt-outs; and coordinate responses through Comms Hub.

The offering supports admissions outreach, financial aid reminders, tuition notifications, event reminders, emergency alerts, class schedule changes, retention campaigns, surveys, alumni engagement, and faculty or staff updates.

· Custom development, unsupported Power Platform builds, or custom entity work unless scoped separately.

· Data cleansing, migration, student record remediation, marketing strategy, campaign copywriting, or communication policy development.

· Carrier, messaging, registration, overage, or usage fees not included in the selected agreement.

· Emergency management consulting, legal advice, regulatory counsel, or managed campaign operations.


Engagement Approach

TrueDialog helps education organizations move from evaluation to operational use inside Microsoft Dynamics 365. Discovery confirms goals, audiences, use cases, environment requirements, user roles, number strategy, and compliance considerations.


Once complete, we then support app configuration, 10DLC, Short Code, and/or RCS agent registration process and compliance, user access, templates, opt-out keywords, reporting, and initial campaigns. Teams validate admissions follow-up, campus alerts, event notifications, financial aid deadlines, and student services conversations.


Once configured, we provide enablement so teams can send, schedule, automate, respond, monitor, and report on SMS activity through a Dynamics-connected messaging capability.
