ProtoGrants Grants Management for Government

ProtoGrants is a grants management system on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform for Canadian governments and public programs, covering grants, rebates and benefits from application to approved payment.

Built on Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform, ProtoGrants helps grant, rebate, and benefit administrators replace spreadsheet handoffs with a governed operations queue, structured application records, reviewer-ready evidence, and a visible decision trail.

The packaged model-driven app includes:

• A Grant Applications operations queue with program, status, amount, review, evidence, and submission fields.
• Structured forms for application details, evidence review, human decisions, and finance or reconciliation status.
• A live reviewer workspace that keeps evidence, decision context, and the application journey together.
• A managed Dataverse solution that installs into a customer-controlled Microsoft Power Platform environment.

ProtoGrants is intended for Canadian public-sector and regulated program teams, program administrators, reviewers, finance staff, and implementation partners. It supports accountable human decisions. Demonstration scores are clearly labelled and no AI resource is included in the package.
