MigrateKit is a SaaS platform that automates the identity and configuration side of Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations. Complementary to data migration tools such as AvePoint Fly: while AvePoint handles mailbox and file content, MigrateKit manages Entra ID identities, UPN transitions, domain transfers, license assignments, and generates all client-facing project deliverables.

20+ automated checks with risk scoring, including UPN conflicts between tenants, license gap analysis, domain verification status, and proxy address collisions. Each finding includes severity, affected objects, and actionable recommendations.

Interactive Runbook

Every migration step is executed from a single interface via Graph API, with real-time status tracking:

• User provisioning on the destination tenant (staged on .onmicrosoft.com)
• License assignment
• Group and distribution list creation with membership
• Source UPN rename to release the custom domain
• Proxy address cleanup
• Domain transfer (remove from source, verify on destination)
• Final UPN switch to the custom domain
• Mail routing configuration (proxy aliases)

Each automated step supports individual or bulk rollback. Manual steps (DNS changes, MX cutover) are tracked with confirmation timestamps.
