ThinLinc Remote Desktop Server

ThinLinc follows a client-server architecture, where the ThinLinc server is installed on a central server or a cloud VM and ThinLinc client software is installed on the end-user devices that connect to the server. The ThinLinc server manages the virtual desktop environments and user sessions (Linux VDI) , while the ThinLinc client provides the interface for users to access those virtual desktops. The ThinLinc server acts as the central hub that hosts the virtual desktop environments and manages user sessions. It handles tasks such as user authentication, session management, resource allocation, and communication with the ThinLinc clients. The server is responsible for rendering the graphical desktop environments and applications, which are then transmitted to the ThinLinc clients over the network.
