Requests, receipts, reports, and client documents all arrive in your inbox. The files are useful long after the message has moved out of view.

When an important email or attachment gets buried, you can:

• spend time searching for a file you already received,
• lose the message that explains what the file is for, or
• leave a teammate waiting for the right document.

Send to OneDrive gives you a simple way to put that work where you can find it again. From Outlook, choose a OneDrive destination and save the message's attachments in a named folder. When you need the email too, you can keep a PDF or EML copy with the files. Open the saved location from the add-in when you are done.

For the next message, your last valid destination is already selected for the same OneDrive account. You can also pin the task pane while you move through your inbox.

The add-in helps when you are writing an email as well: choose files already in OneDrive and attach copies to your draft. With Premium, you can insert links instead and choose exactly which recipients receive View access.

Subscription & Licensing

The core OneDrive save and compose attachment features are available without a subscription. The Free experience allows up to five email saves per day. A Basic subscription removes that daily send limit.

Premium adds choices for work that needs more control: SharePoint destinations and pasted folder links, favorite folders, selected attachments, ZIP packages, PDF and EML email copies, sharing saved files or folders, and links to stored files while composing. Premium can also remember a folder for later messages in the same Outlook conversation.

Eligible users can try Premium for 14 days with no credit card. Review the trial terms in the add-in before starting. For current pricing and subscription details, see the subscription page. A subscription is not required to install or evaluate Send to OneDrive.
