The SmartWe Outlook Add-in connects the CRM software with an e-mail client of your choice, thus improving the workflow of the environment you chose.

The Outlook Add-in ensures that you can access important address data from SmartWe.

To use the SmartWe Outlook Add-in you require a chargeable SmartWe license from SmartWe World AG. More information can be found here.

- More efficiency and faster access are possible.

- E-mails can be archived directly from your Microsoft Outlook mailbox. Additionally, you can also create a SmartWe data record directly from the Outlook Add-in, saving you time and increasing your productivity.

- Archive the attachments of an e-mail directly as documents, separate from the e-mail. 

- Using the Send & Archive function you can archive e-mails directly while sending in SmartWe.

- When you create a new e-mail, you can copy the recipients directly from SmartWe, and you can also add other objects from your CRM as attachments to the e-mail. 

- The Add-In will show you if an e-mail has already been archived. An archived e-mail can be opened directly, further improving workflow.

- You receive the contact data and dossier stored in SmartWe for the sender of the e-mail. Thus, you can open the desired data record directly in SmartWe.

- The dossier provides you with further information from SmartWe about the sender. Additional functions are also available to you via the action menu.

- You can filter the dossier for the desired data record objects. 

- You can now switch between the individual dossiers in contacts.

- Create a contact in SmartWe directly from unknown e-mail addresses. 

 - Appointments from your Outlook calendar can be transferred directly to CAS genesisWorld from the read view of the appointment. An appointment that has already been transferred can be opened directly.

- You can also archive sent and received e-mails using the Outlook App for mobile devices.
