Returns: priority (high/medium/low), category (sales/support/internal/hr/finance/legal/marketing/spam), urgency_score 0–100 (with a deterministic floor for ASAP / 至急 / deadline language), sender + subject parsed from RFC-822 headers, intent (1-sentence), summary, action items, optional suggested response.
