Intelligent Contract Selection, Drafting, and Evaluation

This solution is an AI assistant embedded in the Catina SaaS app to help users select, draft, and evaluate contract documents. It uses Azure Foundry with OpenAI chat + embedding models to power intelligent responses and document understanding. The solution connects to enterprise data via Blob Storage, MongoDB, and Databricks for context-aware insights. Vector search and APIs enable fast retrieval, evaluation, and augmentation of contract content.
