Dynamics 365 AI Agent Readiness & Activation Sprint

Western Computer

Activate Microsoft AI agents in Dynamics 365 with clean data, setup, and expert guidance.

Microsoft is rapidly introducing AI agents across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, including Supplier Communications, Account Reconciliation, Collections Coordination, and Purchase Order Confirmation. Many organizations want to use these capabilities immediately, but most discover they are not truly ready to activate them. The barrier is rarely the AI itself. It is the quality of the underlying data, the required configurations, and the readiness of the environment.

Western Computer’s AI Agent Readiness & Activation Sprint is a practical, results-driven engagement designed to help organizations move from AI interest to AI in production. This offer begins with a focused 5-day AI Agent Readiness Assessment that evaluates the customer’s current environment, data quality, prerequisite configurations, and overall readiness for Microsoft’s AI agents. Western Computer reviews vendor, customer, and inventory data, evaluates issues such as duplicate or incomplete records, missing email addresses, phantom stock, unresolved transactions, and reconciliation data quality, and assesses required workspaces, flighting settings, and preview configurations.

At the end of Step 1, customers receive a clear activation path. Deliverables include an AI Agent Readiness Assessment Report, a master data gap analysis across vendor, customer, and inventory records, an agent activation priority matrix ranked by business impact and effort, a prioritized activation roadmap, and a Step 2 execution estimate covering timeline, effort, and cost.

Step 2 is a separately scoped Data Remediation & Agent Activation engagement, typically completed in 2 to 6 weeks depending on the number of agents and the complexity of remediation needed. Western Computer cleans and validates master data, configures required workspaces, activates and tests the prioritized AI agents, and provides documentation, knowledge transfer, and maintenance guidance. Step 2 deliverables include cleaned and validated master data, configured AI agent workspaces, activated and tested agents, a before-and-after data quality comparison, technical documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and agent performance monitoring recommendations.

Pricing for Step 1 is a fixed fee of $15,000 plus travel and expenses. Pricing for Step 2 is scoped based on Step 1 findings and typically ranges from $30,000 to $100,000+, depending on factors such as data volume, number of users, number of integrations, number of entities, and any required custom development.

This offer is ideal for organizations that want to activate Microsoft AI agents in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management quickly, correctly, and with measurable business value.
