The Azure Managed Services provides services in the following area’s:

• Monitoring – depending on the resources present in the Azure environment different monitoring strategies will be implemented.
• Azure Policies & Reporting – Realtime information about the current status of the Azure environment is provided, by default PowerBI reports are available.
• Azure Customer Analysis (ACA) – ACA is our offering that gives an overall view of the status of the Azure environment, this automated and regular scan focuses on the security, sizing, deprecation and cost optimizations of Azure Resources. Costs Optimizations include for example Azure Reservations, sizing optimizations and forgotten or unused resources that still occur charges. Our average Azure savings are currently 34%.
• Role based Access – (Re)gaining control over who has access to what is crucial for a secure and managed Azure environment. This means part of the default onboarding process is the deployment, and monitoring, of our Azure IAM (Identity & Access Management) best-practices that are based on Security groups, Management Groups and the principle of least-privileged.
