About Assessment
The Azure Well-Architected Review is designed to evaluate your workloads against the latest set of Azure best practices and industry standards. Our experts will go through all five pillars of the Azure Well-Architected Framework: Cost Optimization, Operational Excellence, Performance Efficiency, Reliability, Security; will make a trade-off analysis and provide you with a set of actionable recommendations that you can follow to align the workload with your business priorities better.
At the end of the engagement, the customer can expect the following benefits:
- Understand how to build more resilient, secure, reliable and efficient solutions in the cloud.
- Make better use of existing services.
- Reduce total cost of ownership of IT solutions.
- Have an actionable roadmap of improvements to become Well Architected.
Agenda
Day 1:
- An introduction to Azure Well-Architected Framework
- Select solution/workload candidate
- 1 hour technical sessions for Operational Excellence, Reliability and Performance efficiency Framework’s pillars
Day 2:
- 1-hour technical sessions for Security and Cost Optimization Framework’s pillars
- Trade-off analysis and report generation
- Presenting results with recommendations and define next steps
Deliverables
- Architecture Improvements Proposal report – identified key findings, risks
- High-level implementation roadmap to mitigate all key finding and risks
- Estimated budget for the next step
The entire assessment can take place within 2 days or it can be spread over several days.
