This 8‑week Discovery and Design planning engagement is designed to establish a structured, strategic, and fully documented foundation for your organisation’s Microsoft Purview deployment. Through a coordinated series of interviews, workshops, and deep‑dive reviews, we gather detailed information protection, data governance, compliance, and litigation‑risk requirements. By the end of the engagement, your organisation will receive a comprehensive business requirements document, high‑level design specifications, and a fully defined set of policies for Information Protection, DLP, Retention, and eDiscovery—ready for build and deployment in a follow‑on phase.

Note: This engagement focuses on assessment, planning, and design. Build, configuration, testing, and deployment activities are not included and are intended for a future implementation phase.
