Getting started

Open http://<vm-public-ip>/ for the welcome app. phpMyAdmin is at /phpmyadmin (user root) and Webmin at https://<vm-public-ip>:8000 (user admin); the password is your VM ID (Azure portal > the virtual machine > Properties > VM ID).
