  • A KYC and AML platform running 5,000+ verifications a day at 99.8% OCR accuracy across 40+ document types, with rules configurable for 12+ jurisdictions without a code change
  • A payments platform where authorization p95 fell from 820ms to 180ms and KYC decisions from 45 seconds to 4.2 seconds
  • An insurance platform integrating six carrier systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Salesforce, DocuSign and Adyen, migrating 70,000 active policies and 1.2 million documents

Chains and standards


Production work on Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, BSC, Avalanche, Solana and TON. Non-EVM is routine rather than an exception: Solana through Rust and Anchor, TON for Telegram mini-apps, CosmWasm for Cosmos.

Token standards: ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-721A, ERC-1155, ERC-4626 and ERC-4337 account abstraction, plus ERC-3643 and ERC-1400 where transfers must be permissioned. Regulatory scope covers MiCA, PSD2, AML and Travel Rule.

On Azure


Azure Kubernetes Service runs the nodes and the application tier. Azure Confidential Ledger provides a tamper-evident append-only record built on the Confidential Consortium Framework. Azure Key Vault and Managed HSM hold signing material. Azure SQL Database ledger covers relational records that need integrity guarantees. Azure Monitor supplies the operational baseline.

Microsoft retired Azure Blockchain Service in September 2021, so no first-party managed blockchain network exists today. We design either around Azure Confidential Ledger, where a permissioned integrity record is what the problem actually calls for, or around a ledger running on Azure Kubernetes Service where a full network is required.

How we work


Discovery comes first: data flows, parties, trust boundaries and the record that must be provable. You get a written feasibility verdict, including a recommendation not to proceed if a ledger is the wrong tool for the problem.

Architecture, build and audit follow. The engineers who write the contracts also audit them, so review is not handed to a team that has never shipped on the chain in question.
