Implementation Summary

This implementation service helps organizations design and deploy a modern Data & Analytics platform using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, with Power Platform supporting data capture and business processes. The service focuses on data ingestion, modeling, analytics, and visualization to enable actionable insights and data driven decision making. Solutions are implemented following Microsoft best practices to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with the customer’s analytics strategy.

Deliverables – Data & Analytics (Microsoft Fabric, Power BI & Power Platform) Implementation • Requirement assessment and agreed data & analytics implementation scope • Data and analytics solution architecture and implementation design • Microsoft Fabric environment configuration, including OneLake setup and selected Fabric workloads (if applicable) • Data ingestion and orchestration using Microsoft Fabric Data Factory or supported connectors (if applicable) • Data modeling and semantic model design for analytics and reporting • Integration between Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, SQL and Power Platform (if applicable) • Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards built on Microsoft Fabric (if applicable) • Dataverse environment and data model configuration to support business applications (if applicable) • Security roles, data access, and governance configuration • Testing, deployment, and go live support • Solution documentation and basic user guidance • Knowledge transfer and handover session Notes • Deliverables are provided based on the agreed implementation scope • Microsoft licenses (including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL and Power Platform) are not included unless explicitly stated
