GALIMED AI turns a patient's own words into a documented clinical hypothesis, then a prescription only a registered physician can validate. Eleven workspaces share one record, from patients to hospitals, labs and insurers.

GALIMED suggests, the clinician decides. Nothing carries medical weight until a physician validates it, enforced in code.

Where it changes outcomes

• The specialist appointment is months away. The patient documents tonight; the physician opens a structured file, not a blank one.
• No physician within reach — conflict zones, underserved regions. The app works offline, carries field triage (START / TCCC), syncs when a network returns.
• A result nobody can interpret. GALIMED reads it against the patient history and says what deserves a second look, and by whom.
• The hospital is saturated. The review queue is sorted by severity, each case showing the rule that raised it.
• The scanner is broken or was never there. Studies from anywhere are brought in, read with AI assistance, signed off remotely.

Data and security

US patient and hospital data stays in the US, everyone else's in the EU, enforced in code and checked daily. Entra ID SSO, passkeys, practitioner identity checks, role-based access, encryption, audit logs, GDPR, DPA on Azure.

Decision support, not a diagnostic device. A draft is valid only once a physician validates it.
