CMDB-360 Cloud Discovery Satellite

The CMDB-360 Discovery Satellite provides visibility into the cloud resources provisioned within an Azure Cloud Subscription. Discovery rosters of provisioned cloud resources are sent securely to the CMDB-360 Base Station on a regular basis to aid in the management of customer cloud assets. No proprietary asset information is stored on the CMDB-360 Base Station. Only simple rosters of discovered cloud resources are recorded. CMDB-360 users (with proper permissions) may obtain additional details about a cloud resource via the CMDB-360 portal that is streamed from the Satellite to the Base Station and viewed on-demand. The Azure Satellite only requires read-only permissions to gather all of the required CMDB details within a subscription. You may allow the built-in Reader role to read all of the objects described in the "Managed Resources" section below or you may customize the policies based on your customers' specifications. For example, you may only grant read-only to certain resources within certain resource groups and nothing else...all of this is configurable.
