However, the collective execution of approved financial obligations within a payment cycle may introduce liquidity exposure, supplier concentration risk, or duplicate payment scenarios that are not visible at the individual transaction level.

These risks may be amplified under short‑term financial volatility arising from external market conditions such as commodity price fluctuation, supplier disruption, or changes in operating cost structures.
