Microsoft 365 Training Program: Workshop

Microsoft 365 Training Programme is a Microsoft 365 professional services engagement that helps customers get started with, and extend their use of, Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform. The engagement provides training and enablement expertise, capabilities and know-how that customers typically do not have in-house or need to augment, addressing capability gaps across audiences from end users through to leadership. The engagement leverages Microsoft 365 services throughout delivery, Microsoft Teams for live remote training delivery, Microsoft SharePoint for learner resources and content libraries, Microsoft Forms for capability surveys and feedback, and Microsoft 365 Copilot for accelerated content creation. Outputs include trained employees ready to apply Microsoft 365 in their roles, bespoke training materials hosted in Microsoft SharePoint, and leaders coached to sponsor Microsoft 365 adoption.

Sub-services included

• Microsoft 365 Training Catalogue - live instructor-led sessions delivered via Microsoft Teams from the Changing Social Training Catalogue, packaged as Training Days (60 / 90 / 120 minute sessions)
• Microsoft Copilot Studio Foundations Training — lecture-led training building agent literacy and Microsoft Copilot Studio knowledge ahead of hands-on build activity
• Custom Training Creation — bespoke role-based training curriculum and Microsoft 365–focused training materials aligned to your workflows
• Executive Coaching - 1:1 coaching to build leadership confidence and sponsorship capability for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption

Detailed agenda

Phase 1 — Planning

• Training planning session (1 hour) via Microsoft Teams: confirm catalogue selection, audience groups, schedule and Training Day allocation

Phase 2 — Delivery

• Up to 5 catalogue Training Days delivered via Microsoft Teams (configurable: up to 4 × 60-minute, 3 × 90-minute or 2 × 120-minute sessions per day)
• Microsoft Copilot Studio Foundations: 5 lecture-led sessions covering agent foundations, architecture, orchestration, conversational design and autonomous agents (~6 hours total)
• Custom Training Creation: up to 10 days of curriculum and material development, plus up to 5 days of draft review and refinement, with materials produced in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft SharePoint
• Executive coaching engagements aligned to organisational Microsoft 365 transformation priorities, delivered via Microsoft Teams

Phase 3 — Closure

• Final content delivery and playback session via Microsoft Teams: completed training materials handed over and intended delivery approach reviewed
