Connect Power Apps Dataverse records to SharePoint sites across external Microsoft 365 tenants.
AvidFlow for Document Management extends the standard Dataverse document experience by connecting business records to configured SharePoint sites and libraries. Users work with record-related documents from the model-driven app while SharePoint remains the document repository.
Microsoft's standard server-based integration requires Power Apps and SharePoint Online to be in the same tenant. AvidFlow for Document Management can connect approved SharePoint sites in other Microsoft 365 tenants. Included no-code mappings relate Dataverse tables and records to the appropriate sites, libraries, and folder structures.
