ClosePack helps bookkeeping firms collect monthly client documents by entity and reporting period. Clients verify their email and upload to assigned requests. Assigned reviewers accept exact versions or return items for correction. Accepted files go to the designated SharePoint destination, and closure records confirmed deliveries. ClosePack Firm includes 50 active clients, 75 active legal entities and 100 GiB of app storage for US$299 per month. Microsoft 365 is required for SharePoint delivery; clients do not need it to upload. ClosePack does not perform bookkeeping, file taxes or certify financial statements.
