- Add time using your organisation's own quick increments, and mark the task billable or completed on the spot.
- See the tasks already logged against that email or its thread, so work isn't billed twice and your team can see it's covered.
- Attach the email and its attachments to the task as documents, keeping the evidence with the record.
- Pin the pane and it follows you down the inbox, updating as you move between messages.
