Who it's for: Employee service teams that use Zendesk and want to manage employee queries in Microsoft Teams.
You can:
- Respond to employee messages with AI-generated replies grounded in your Zendesk knowledge and configured sources.
- Choose which channels the agent listens in and which agent is assigned.
- Tailor sources and configuration for different use cases and channels.
Requirements and limitations: An active Zendesk account with messaging enabled is required. The AI agent works in team and channel scope only and does not respond to direct messages or private channels.
