REM Cost Map for Excel helps project managers, schedulers, estimators, cost controllers, and construction teams convert Microsoft Project export data into structured Excel cost workbooks. Instead of manually rebuilding cost review spreadsheets, users can generate repeatable task-based workbooks from exported Task, Resource, and Assignment tables.

The add-in creates summary sheets for scheduled, actual, and remaining cost, along with individual worksheets containing assignment-level Work, Material, and Cost tables. Generated workbooks use Excel formulas to calculate cost totals for assignments from quantities and rates, giving users the ability to make adjustments for different cost scenarios and what-if analysis.
