inTrial for Outlook lets plaintiff law firms save emails directly to their cases without leaving their inbox.

  • Save Emails to Cases — Save the current email, including all attachments, to any case in your firm's inTrial Manage workspace with just a few clicks.
  • Search Cases — Quickly find the right case by searching by case name, client name, or case number.
  • Choose a Folder — Pick exactly where in your case's drive the email and attachments should be saved.
  • Scan Deposition Notices — Automatically extract deposition details (date, time, location, witness) from PDF attachments and match them to your cases.

Who is this for?

This add-in is designed for personal injury law firms using inTrial Manage for case management. An active inTrial Manage subscription is required.

How it works:

Open any email in Outlook, click "Save to Case" in the ribbon, search for your case, select a folder, and save. The email and its attachments are stored directly in your case's document drive.
