The Leah for Outlook Add-in provides users with access to Leah CLM features without having to leave their Outlook inbox. Users can create new legal requests, create post-activation requests (using manage legal request), search the repository, edit specific requests or records, and action approval requests from their Outlook inbox. The Leah for Outlook add-in has made uploading documents as new versions or attachments, from their email attachments a quick and seamless process.

All new requests, changes, and uploads completed through the Leah for Outlook Add-in are automatically synchronized with the Leah CLM platform.
Capabilities
• Information collected and processed through the Leah for Outlook Add-in is automatically synchronized with the associated Leah CLM instance.
• Create and edit a legal request from the Leah for Outlook Add-in. Users are also able to Amend, Renew, and Terminate existing requests.
• The Leah for Outlook Add-in has the capability to search the Leah CLM repository.
• Users with the permissions to approve can Approve, Disapprove and Delegate a request right from the approval notification email.
• Allows for documents that are attached to the email to be uploaded and added to a new or existing legal request. This includes both as a new version and as an attachment/supporting document.
• Allows for the email itself to be uploaded as an attachment/supporting document.
Enterprise Add-in:
- As an Enterprise Add-in, it does not require New Users to Sign up
- Use of the Leah for Outlook Add-in requires a user license managed on the Leah CLM Web platform.
- Leah for Outlook Add-in does not offer additional in-app purchases
