Scopevisio Connector for Outlook

The Scopevisio Connector for Microsoft Outlook lets users work seamlessly with the Scopevisio Cloud ERP platform directly from within Outlook.

Note: Using this add-in requires an active Scopevisio license or an existing Scopevisio customer account. Without a valid license, the features cannot be used.

Assign emails

Assign received and sent emails directly from Outlook to a Scopevisio contact, project, or task. File attachments can be assigned to a Scopevisio object individually or in bulk and uploaded to Teamwork.

Use contacts

Select contacts from Scopevisio to send emails to these recipients. Insert contact details (business card) directly into the email text. Create new contacts in Scopevisio directly from Outlook.

Manage Teamwork documents

Browse your Teamwork collections and folders. Generate share links to Teamwork documents and send them by email. Upload emails and attachments to Teamwork — with options for duplicate detection, full-text indexing, and archive extraction.

Tasks and projects

Browse Scopevisio tasks and projects. Create new tasks directly from Outlook. Insert task or project data into the email text.

Calendar integration

Import Scopevisio tasks and time entries as Outlook calendar entries. Create time entries directly from Outlook appointments — with assignment to contact, project, order, and service.

Transfer appointments

Transfer Outlook appointments to Scopevisio as tasks or time entries.

Additional features

Color-coded Outlook categories mark processed emails. Filterable views for tasks, projects, and Teamwork documents. Available in German and English.
