We believe that there are winning moments in every customer conversation. That's why Unique is present during your calls to capture key moments and generate insights.

With Unique’s Sidepanel, you can:

  • Record calls

  • View live transcript and mark Moments

  • View Signals when an exact word match is mentioned during the call

Once the recording has ended, it will be automatically uploaded to your Unique account. You will be able to playback the entire recording or watch Moments. You will see insights generated from the call and collaborate internally. Additionally, you can share the recording with your prospect.
