Socialboards for Outlook integration lets you copy and edit the content of any email including attachments so it takes just a few clicks to create a new ticket in Socialboards. Manage tickets by setting status and choosing a specific inbox if you have some to get the right attention from your team.
Compatibility:
* Socialboards for Outlook works with most versions of Outlook that allow add-ins for Office: Outlook Web App and Office 2016 for Windows and Mac. It does not support Outlook 2013.
* To use this add-in you need to log in by your Socialboards account or you can use Azure AD account linked to Socialboards account
