App capabilities

The app allows you to:

• Send data over the internet
• Access and modify information in the active message — body, subject, sender, recipients, and attachment details — to link it to the right ticket. It cannot read or modify anything else in your mailbox. See the developer's privacy policy for more detail on how personal information is handled.
