The Six-Phase Journey

  1. Microsoft 365 Copilot Discovery & Envisioning Workshop: Introduce Microsoft 365 Copilot, analyse its potential, conduct an ROI: Value Assessment, and define initial practical applications and enterprise use cases.
  2. Onboarding, Analyse & Readiness: Kick-off the project, analyse user needs and potential, identify relevant applications, define access rights/licensing, and establish the governance model and Communities.
