Manage your Teams Phone System/Numbers and provision Users for Teams Telephony
The Phone Number Manager is a versatile solution designed to simplify and modernize the management of enterprise telephony environments. It allows organizations to replace manually maintained Excel-based phone number plans with a centralized, graphical representation within our platform. Authorized users—such as IT staff or Human Resources personnel—can be granted access to independently assign or remove phone numbers without requiring deep technical knowledge.
Beyond visualizing the phone number plan, the solution also enables users for external telephony via Direct Routing or Operator Connect. No PowerShell connection is required. With just a few clicks, Microsoft Teams telephony can be activated for a user directly through the interface.
Access can be restricted to specific locations, allowing organizations to delegate administrative responsibilities across different sites. This enables local teams to manage their own locations while maintaining centralized control and governance.
