AMHub helps to manage allocation of people to projects in mid-size IT departments
AMHub - allocation management hub - is a tool for resource managers, also useful for delivery managers and department managers. The tool focuses on controlling current situation and planning future allocations.
It is not relevant if planned allocation confirmed or not – we support RMs, but not control them. The aim of the tool is to SUPPORT resource manager, not to substitute them or fully do their job.
Whole application operates on data from whole company, which consists of Departments, which may consist of Sections. Each department has their separate Users: Staff and Managers. Each department has their separate Projects and Programs (logical groups of projects); projects can be done by staff from more than one section.
It supports either hard or soft assignment and partial allocation.
