Primary objective: Development of a near-prod, scalable MVP data model on Azure leveraging Microsoft Fabric that demonstrates clear business value from modernized data and can be scaled into a full enterprise and an AI-ready data platform on a single environment

Data scope: Focused on up to 3 key data sources (for example, ERP, CRM, web or application analytics, and file-based or external data feeds) and between 6–18 months of historical data to support meaningful analytics and reporting. Includes medallion-style layering (Bronze/Silver/Gold) and Fabric One Lake patterns to support unified structured and unstructured data for analytics and AI readiness.
