Copilot for Microsoft 365 Enablement For IT Leaders: One-day Workshop

If your CEO has a vision of where generative AI is going to take your company, and you are the IT leader who: 1. needs to meet the leader where they are, but 2. recognize the security, governance, and change management, then you need a partner who has the experience working with and communicating to C-Suite senior leaders and the technical capabilities to do so correctly. During this one-day session, you will: • Draft a CEO-ready roadmap for implementing Copilot for Microsoft 365 in your organization • Understand the security, licensing, and deployment aspects of Copilot and how to address both common and specific concerns of your IT leaders • Get hands-on experience with Copilot and see how it drives business value • Develop a plan to set up a test group, complete with a minimum number of licenses, what outcomes to look for, how to measure those outcomes, and how long to run it • Receive training on how to communicate the value and risk of Copilot to the senior leaders • Learn how to elevate the role of IT in the decision-making process
