Assumptions & Prerequisites • Customer will provide required admin access, stakeholder availability, and timely approvals. • Required Microsoft licensing (e.g., Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio) is procured by the customer or via Embee Software as reseller, as applicable. • Any integrations with third-party systems (HRIS/ITSM/CRM), data connectors, or custom APIs are subject to feasibility and separate scoping if not explicitly included.
Scope Notes (to protect both parties) • Final scope, user counts, workloads, and timelines will be confirmed after discovery. • The offer is delivered in phases (assess → plan → enable → adopt). Items not explicitly listed may be treated as out of scope. • Any additional requirements (e.g., more agents, complex integrations, custom development, 24x7 support) will be proposed as an add-on or change request.
Managed Services & SLAs (Optional) • Managed services can be added post-deployment for ongoing monitoring, optimization, and support. • Service levels (SLAs), support hours, and response times apply only if the customer subscribes to a managed services plan and signs the applicable support agreement.
