Philippines E-invoice Package for Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations
Yokogawa Votiva Solutions has developed
an E-invoice functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is designed for
its Philippine clients to enable seamless and automated transmission of
invoices from the D365 system directly to the EIS server, ensuring efficient
compliance with BIR regulations.
Overall requirements
1.The CAS (Computerized Accounting
System) should support integration with the BIR EIS (Electronic Invoicing
System) for seamless transmission of invoices.
2.The system must be capable of
securely transmitting e-invoices to the BIR’s EIS server, ensuring that all
invoice data is fully encrypted during transmission to protect against
unauthorized access.
3.The e-invoice file must contain all
BIR mandatory details.
