How it works
1. Install the add-in from Microsoft AppSource.
2. Open any email containing CAD attachments.
3. Click the Model Viewer button in Outlook’s command bar.
4. Choose the file to load and explore the model directly in the panel.
Requirements & licensing
• Requires an active Model Viewer for Microsoft 365 subscription (Free tier available; Pro unlocks unlimited previews).
• Supports Outlook on the web, the new Outlook for Windows, and Outlook for Mac.
• Outlook mobile support will be enabled as Microsoft expands add-in compatibility.
• No CAD/CAM desktop license is required to preview supported formats.
