You can choose from two service levels: Platform Monitoring and Platform Management.

If you cannot resolve an issue, our Managed Services experts can support you outside contract.

We assess the usage and performance of Power BI reports to clean up unused or slow dashboards and improve efficiency. We analyze semantic models to identify heavily used components and missing refreshes. Data load changes are monitored, and deviations trigger timely alerts. Platform Management extends Monitoring and provides corrective, preventive, and advisory services to keep your data platform in optimal condition. We take over technical management, ensuring reliable performance, quick recovery, and continuous optimization.
