Multi Team Delivery Forecaster for ADO

The Multi Team Delivery Forecaster template is a free, ready-to-use Power BI solution that helps Project Managers, Programme Managers, Delivery Managers, Delivery Leads and/or Scrum Masters forecast the end date of projects/initiatives probabilistically (using monte carlo simulation) and factor in dependencies. By connecting directly to your Azure DevOps data, it allows you to add up to 9 teams to your forecast, enabling you (for each team) to input the number of remaining items, the confidence level you'd like and any dependencies. The report will then roll of this up into the overall end-date of the project and the combined confidence level - making it easy to spot delivery risks early. The template enables you to forecast with greater confidence, have transparent conversations about delivery progress, and take action before deadlines are missed. It’s designed to work with your own data and serves as a practical, no-cost resource for any team committed to improving predictability and making data-informed decisions.
