Perceptor IoT - endpoint label inspection for compliant & non-compliant manufacturers

Each customer software subscription includes a dedicated secure Azure SQL server with built in data security, access controls, threat monitoring & back-up provision, plus a suite of label inspections/operational features tailored to the demands of different industries.

How does Perceptor IoT work? Perceptor IoT controls the print process removing the possibility of human error; the label printer will only print when Perceptor IoT is running & ready to inspect labels so that it detects print blemishes, verifies barcodes to ISO standards, identifies defects, duplicates, missing print, misalignment & other non-compliant labels as they are printed. This unrivalled automation ensures non-compliant labels aren't applied to finished products & don't get into the supply chain. When Perceptor IoT is enabled, labels are printed, inspected & verified with all data stored electronically giving full traceability. Understanding which labels pass inspection or fail verification helps improve label template design, management of media supply chain, reducing the resource, time & risk inherent in manual inspections.

PRO is featured enhanced for non-compliant industries with more complex label inspection requirements, including RFID, blemish check, pattern match, large rich text area comparator & PLC integration.

ENTERPRISE adds in more features for compliant industries, eg pharma, medical device, clinical life sciences, healthcare & defence, including 21CFR part 11 compliance, GS1 compliance validation, GS1 content separation & MIL-STD-130N code validation.

How is Perceptor IoT supplied? Perceptor supplies the IoT hardware (IoT Device, inspection camera & peripherals) & the Perceptor software. The customer benefits from a relationship with just one supplier. However, Perceptor IoT is designed to easily integrate with 3rd party ERP, label design & other business critical systems via its RestAPIs. Consumption is purchased at the volume the customer requires - additional consumption can be purchased at any time, shared & never expires. IQ/OQ/PQ documentation is provided free of charge when taking out 3 year ChangePack subscription.
