Hardenend Windows 2019 Server with IIS Application

This image of Windows 2019 Server has the IIS Application Server features installed and unwanted services disabled to ensure a better security level, also implements an automatic post deployment configuration. WARNING: this image is hardened to be used in a standalone server (Non Domain Joined), some of the security adjustments made by the hardening process can be overwritten if the server is joined to a an AD Domain.
