Onboarding (Including Integration) Overview

Microsoft Dragon Copilot is an agentic solution for Healthcare clinicians and frontline staff, delivered as a SaaS capability on Microsoft 365. This version is coupled with our IA Connect Healthcare Integration approach, enabling secure, workflow‑aligned automation across clinical documentation and downstream systems. Our services support NHS organisations with enterprise licensing, configuration, adoption and integration to enable safe and effective use of Dragon Copilot.

We work collaboratively with clinical, digital and technical teams to plan, implement, integrate and embed the solution in line with local workflows, governance and operational needs. The following onboarding and integration services are provided:

1. Technical Implementation Support

Enterprise deployment and configuration of Dragon Copilot and integration components:

  • Cloud readiness: Trust‑aligned tenancy and baseline configuration.
  • Connectivity & access: Network, VDI, identity and role‑based access setup.
