How It Works:
- Install Be-Inc from AppSource
- Compose a new email in Outlook
- Click the Be-Inc button in the toolbar to open the panel
- Review suggested improvements instantly in the Coaching tab
- Apply changes with one click or use auto-correction
- Send your email with confidence knowing it's inclusive
Automatic Send-Time Analysis (SmartAlert):
This add-in automatically analyzes your email content for DEI compliance when you click Send. If potential inclusive language issues are
detected, you will be prompted with a dialog asking whether you would like to review the findings before the email is sent. You may choose
to proceed with sending or return to your email to review the suggestions. The analysis examines the email body text for non-inclusive,
biased, or exclusionary language and provides alternative phrasing. No content is inserted or modified without your explicit approval.
Event-Based Activation:
This add-in uses event-based activation (LaunchEvents) to run automatically when you send an email (OnMessageSend event). When
triggered, the add-in sends the email body text to OpenAI's API for DEI compliance analysis. If issues are found, a prompt is displayed for
your review. If no issues are detected, the email is sent without interruption. This functionality operates only at the moment of sending
and does not run in the background at any other time.

Privacy & Security:
Your data is secure. Email body text is sent to OpenAI's API solely for DEI compliance analysis at the time of analysis or when you
click Send. Results are returned directly to your device. We do not store, retain, or share your email content. No information is inserted
into your email without your explicit consent. See our
