With gSignature Web Add-in for Outlook, users in your organization get automatic, personalized email signatures, legal disclaimers, and marketing content (such as banners) in their emails. IT or Marketing teams can centrally control and update these signatures for the entire organization.
The add-in automatically adds a signature when a user starts composing an email in Outlook for Windows, Outlook on the web (OWA), Outlook for Mac, and Outlook Mobile (iOS/Android). The user can also manually select internal or external signatures using the add-in task pane.
Automatic signature insertion: This add-in uses LaunchEvents to automatically insert email signatures when you start composing a new message, change the sender address, modify recipients, or add attachments. Signatures appear automatically after a brief moment (typically 1-2 seconds) on both mobile devices (iOS/Android) and desktop platforms (Windows/Mac). This delay is normal and ensures stable operation of the add-in across all platforms. The signature is automatically selected based on whether recipients are internal (same domain) or external. You can disable automatic insertion in the add-in settings or manually override the selection using the add-in panel.

DEPLOYMENT
The add-in can be deployed organization-wide by an organization's admin through Microsoft AppSource or manually installed by individual users. It automatically activates when composing emails and can be managed centrally through the gSignature web portal.
