WeVerify Template Designer

The WeVerify Word Add-in is a companion tool to the WeVerify platform that helps you prepare Word documents as signer-ready templates.

Instead of manually typing placeholder text, you can use the taskpane to insert structured signer fields and range markers directly into your document, so that it can later be processed, routed, and signed via WeVerify.

What this add-in does

• Define multiple signers: Work with multiple signers (Signer 1, Signer 2, etc.) in a single document.
• Insert signer placeholders: Expand a signer in the taskpane and insert its fields (for example name, email, or other signer properties) as placeholders into your Word template.
• Mark signer ranges: Use “start” and “end” actions to insert range markers (e.g. RangeStart / RangeEnd) that clearly define which parts of the document belong to each signer.
• Keep documents structured: All fields are inserted in a consistent, machine-readable format that can be interpreted by downstream WeVerify processes.
