QSign API is a programmatic electronic-signature REST API that lets developers and product teams send, sign, and manage legally-binding documents directly from their own applications — no manual workflows required.
Who it's for: SaaS companies, fintechs, legal-tech platforms, and any team that needs to embed compliant e-signatures into their product or automate high-volume document workflows.
What you can do:
- Send documents for signature and collect legally-binding electronic and Aadhaar-based signatures
- Track signing status in real time and receive webhook notifications on every event
- Generate sandbox (test) API keys to build and test without consuming quota or sending real emails
- Monitor usage, quotas, and call history from a self-serve Developer portal
- Authenticate simply with an X-Api-Key header and integrate using full REST documentation
Plans scale from Starter (1,000 calls/month) to Enterprise (100,000 calls/month), available monthly or annually, with metered overage billing handled through your Microsoft invoice. Per-signature usage is billed at a flat rate so you only pay for what you use.
QSign runs on its own secure infrastructure; Microsoft handles billing through your Azure account.
